No! A CPR for Cars™ Membership is a one-time payment that lasts for the life of your customer’s loan or lease for up to 60 months.
Does the CPR for Cars™ program have competition in the marketplace?
No! As of writing, there are no competitive products. CPR for Cars™ and its exclusive benefits cannot be purchased from any other provider.
Is CPR for Cars™ A TYPE OF AUTO INSURANCE?
No! A CPR for Cars™ Membership is not a replacement or alternative to auto or gap insurance, it is a complimentary aftermarket product that provides additional protection and peace of mind for car owners, their finances, and their credit.
Will a CPR for Cars™ Member claim be protected and covered by an insured and bonded carrier?
Yes! CPR for Cars™ Membership claims are backed by American Global Reinsurance Inc. and insured by Allied Reinsurance with both governed by the Delaware Tribe of Indians.
Does a CPR for Cars™ Membership need to be purchased at the beginning of a Loan or Lease?
No! A CPR for Cars™ Membership can also be purchased at any time during the loan or lease period through participating new or used vehicle dealerships.
Can I offer the CPR for Cars™ Program with other aftermarket products?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it, as it is a natural fit with products such as Total Loss, Ding & Dent, and most other aftermarket products now available.
WHAT IF MY CUSTOMERS CHANGE THEIR MIND?
That’s okay! The CPR for Cars™ Program comes with a 60-day money back guarantee!
Does a CPR for Cars™ Membership require a credit check?
No! All your customer need is a valid driver’s license and a financial obligation to pay, such as a lease or loan. There are no credit, background or driver motor vehicle records required to join.
What types of vehicles qualify?
Qualifying vehicles include passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks (class 1 – 3, less than 15,000lbs).
ARE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS COVERED BY A CPR FOR CARS™ Membership?
While the cost to replace or repair a catalytic converter is not covered by a CPR for Cars™ Membership, excessive loss of use while waiting to have the part repaired or replaced is covered, provided the vehicle is not drivable.
Can my customers cover more than one vehicle?
Yes! They can purchase coverage for as many vehicles as they need.
How does the CPR for Cars™ Program work?
The CPR for Cars™ Car Payment Reimbursement Program reimburses your customers the monthly financial obligation (monthly car loan or lease payment) when a covered vehicle is out of their care, custody, or control due to a covered event.
What are some of the benefits of Membership?
Your customers are eligible to receive Car Payment Reimbursement protection while their vehicle is financed or leased. Should they have a covered event, their monthly vehicle payment is reimbursed (regardless of amount, up to the contract period and limits). Payments could total up to $7,500 for cars, SUVs, and light trucks (class 1-3) during the contract period. Payments can be made for up to three benefit periods, or up to three benefit requests, with three consecutive months at a time during the contract period.
DO MY CUSTOMERS RECEIVE SUPPORT WITH THEIR CPR FOR CARS™ MEMBERSHIP?
Assistance is just a phone call away at the 1-800 number listed on their Membership ID Card. We provide them with whatever assistance they need from beginning to end, our administrators are at their disposal.
What is a covered event?
Covered events Include, but are not limited to: accidents (regardless of fault), vandalism, stolen vehicle, totaled vehicle, recall, and mechanical breakdown. This is how CPR for Cars™ protects your customers in practically every situation, providing relief when the unknown occurs.
